BigDealBids.com is an online only auction house. We require that you accept our terms and conditions before bidding on any items on our site. Do not place a bid if you do not agree to the terms and conditions listed on this auction contract. It is your responsibility to pay for the items you win on this auction platform.
Inspections: The auction will offer inspections. Please contact A1 Auction House at 785-235-8059 to discuss inspection times.
Payment: The credit card that is on file when you created your account will be charged at the closing of the auction. If the payment is not made you will not be allowed to pick up your items. Payment must be made before picking up your winnings. There are late fees for payments not made within 48 hours of the auction closing. No late fees will be removed once they have been added to your invoice.
Payment is allowed to be made on site at the A1 Auction House warehouse. They accept cash, money orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. Invoices that total over $2,000 should not be paid with the credit card. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier's check. Please discuss this directly with A1 Auction House. If you fail to pay or even retrieve your item(s) multiple times you will incur late fees and even result in a permanent block from the BigDealBids.com platform. A bidder that has been blocked and creates a new account will incur additional fines.
Pick-Up: Please communicate directly with A1 Auction House if you are unable to pick up your winnings within the 7 day period. All items are required to be picked up within 7 days after the closing of the auction. If the items are not picked up within 7 days they will be re-listed on the auction and no refunds will be issued. If you need A1 Auction House to hold your items past the 7 days you might incur storage fees.
Removal of items: After winning items on the auction the items become the property of the winning bidder/buyer. A1 Auction House has carts for you to use when loading items. We are not allowed to load your vehicle. Please contact A1 Auction House directly regarding the removal of items or if more time is needed/special equipment is required to remove the items.
Refunds: If any item was inaccurately posted you will receive a full refund. For example: The item was listed as new, but clearly had been used. The bidder would be eligible for a refund. Please remember that all refund requests must be made within 48 hours of picking up your items. All factory sealed and appears new items are not eligible for refunds once they leave the auction house. It can take 4-5 business days for the refund to process and return to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: We work with a variety of tax-exempt organizations and non-profits. If you have a tax-exempt status please contact us before the close of the auction. We can remove the sales tax from your order as long as you provide the necessary documentation to do so.
