Our offices are located at 528 SE Adams St Topeka, KS 66607 with a customer pick-up location at 520 SE Adams St Topeka, KS 66607. Please take time to review all of the auction terms and conditions before placing your first bid on this auction site. Please do not bid if you do not accept our auction terms and conditions which are a part of this auction customer contract agreement. You will be responsible for paying for the items that you win on this online auction platform regardless if you pick-up or abandoned your items after the 7 day pick-up window.
INSPECTIONS: If allowed, we highly recommend you inspect the items in person before placing a bid. You are welcome to visit the sellers warehouse/location to inspect an item(s) as long as they offer inspections. If you need more information regarding the inspection process please email hello@bigdealbids.com. Each seller is considered an "affiliate" of Liquidation Direct LLC and they will have their own inspection hours and location. Please reach out to the seller for more information.
PAYMENT: The credit card on file with your account will be automatically charged at the closing of the auction. If the payment for any reason is not made you will not be allowed to pick up your auction item(s). We require full payment be made prior to picking up your winnings. There will be late fees added to your invoice if a payment is not made within 48 hours of the auction closing. The late fees are not able to be removed once they are attached to an invoice. You are allowed to make your payment in person at the sellers warehouse. These forms of payments are allowed: cash, money orders, and all major credit cards. If your invoice total is over $2,000 we ask that you contact the seller regarding payment options. You will need to pay by the following methods: cash payment, cashier’s check, or a wire transfer. We highly recommend that you discuss payment options directly with the seller.
Please note: Your Bidding privileges will be revoked if do not pay for ALL your invoices. A valid credit or debit card must be on file and invoices should be paid within 48 hours or your account will be deactivated.
DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS ON TIME. When you bid and win items your purchase must be picked-up during our specified pick up hours and pick-up location. All items must be picked up in 7 days of auction end date. NO extensions will be made. There are NO refunds or chargebacks granted due to failure to pick-up purchased items on time. The purchaser agrees that if they fail to pick-up items the items will be considered abandoned by the Purchaser and further disposition of such purchased items will be the sole discretion of BigDealBids.com and Liquidation Direct LLC.
Please be aware that additional details may be added to an item’s description, if brought to the attention of the BigDealBids.com and Liquidation Direct LLC staff, at any point before the auction closing time of any such item.
All winning bids will include an additional buyer's premium of 10% of the winning bid amount.
ITEM CONDITION and WARRANTY
At Liquidation Direct LLC, the majority of items are online returns. Items may have been previously opened, used, or have been damaged. The photos used are stock photos and may or maybe of the representative of the merchandise or condition. Please pay close attention to the item's description, as occasionally our staff might flag item(s) that are incomplete and/or damaged. These items will contain additional details about their condition. Our staff uses various notations to describe the condition of the item; therefore, none of the enclosed items can be guaranteed or warranted. It is the bidder's responsibility to make themselves aware of the provided description and photos. Items are sold as-is with no warranty. No refunds will be made. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given, and all chargebacks will be denied, per these Terms and Conditions.
ITEM INACCURACIES
From time to time, an incorrect picture may be associated with an item listed for auction. If an item description does not match the item, you have 2 weeks to bring the issue to our attention. We will not take any item back if it has been more than 2 weeks after the auction end date. Alternatively, an item may be listed incorrectly. Liquidation Direct LLC strives to list items as accurately as possible but If any inaccuracies are found, please bring them to the attention of the Liquidation Direct LLC staff, or by emailing us at hello@bigdealbids.com. Please provide the auction and item number, along with a description of the inaccuracy. Liquidation Direct LLC will do its best to update the item before the close of the auction.
REGISTRATION and PLACING A BID
Each prospective bidder must first register as a Liquidation Direct LLC user to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Before placing bids, please review all auction details before submission, as Liquidation Direct LLC will not edit or delete bids after they have been submitted.
AUCTION ENDING and EXTENSIONS
Liquidation Direct LLC utilizes a staggered auction closing on all items listed. This means that each item will close 23 seconds before the next item. An item’s closing time may be extended if a bid is placed within 5 minutes from the time of its closing. The length of the extension will be 19 seconds from the point at which the bid was made. Each time a bid is placed within this “extension period," the auction will automatically extend an additional 19 seconds. This is designed and utilized to prevent what is commonly known as "sniping," which is the act of attempting to "steal" an item within the closing seconds of an auction.
PAYMENTS
All winning bids will include a 10% buyer's premium and a lot fee. After an auction has ended, the Purchaser's credit card(s) on file will be charged and a "paid in full" invoice will be sent via email. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Credit cards will be charged within the next business day unless otherwise specified under auction details. Bidders must have available funds on their credit card, or bidder will incur a loss of bidding privileges (see below).
ITEM PICKUP
All winning bidders must pick up their items during the scheduled "Pick-up Hours." At that time, the winning bidder must present a "Paid" invoice, either printed or electronically, that shows the items have been paid in full. A valid driver’s license is also required. License numbers will be recorded and associated with the winning bidder’s Liquidation Direct LLC account, for future reference. If unable to make the scheduled pickup day/time, it is the bidder's responsibility to send someone on their behalf with a valid driver's license and an invoice showing a paid in full status. Any items that are not picked up at the scheduled time, will be considered abandoned, and are subject to relisting without a refund at the discretion of Liquidation Direct LLC.
Please review that you have received all your items before leaving the location. In the event of a missing item, the bidder must notify the staff prior to leaving pick up. No missing items will be eligible for refund once the bidder has left the premises.
SHIPPING
Currently, Liquidation Direct LLC does not offer shipping of any type. All items won, must be picked up within the designated "Pick-Up Hours", at the local Liquidation Direct LLC facility listed on the auction website, at the expense of the bidder.
LOSS OF BIDDING PRIVILEGES
If a bidder’s credit card on file is declined, bidding privileges may be revoked. In addition, Liquidation Direct LLC reserves the right to revoke bidding privileges at any time, if bidder is found to be in violation of these Terms and Condition. Bidding privileges may be restored at the discretion of Liquidation Direct LLC.
TAX EXEMPT STATUS
Any bidder that claims tax-exempt status, must provide the appropriate documentation PRIOR to placing your first bid, during the registration process. A copy of the current state’s tax-exempt form must be provided BEFORE placing any bids. Failure to do so will result in the bidder being charged sales tax on any items won, prior to Liquidation Direct LLC receiving the required documentation.
LIABILITY and ARBITRATION
Liquidation Direct LLC assumes no responsibility for the damage, inaccuracy, or abandonment of any items listed and won.
RIGHTS RESERVED by Liquidation Direct LLC
Liquidation Direct LLC reserves the right to end, delay, or extend the length of any auction, or time of pick-up, for any reason, at any time. In addition, any item may be removed from the online auction at any time, without warning. Liquidation Direct LLC also reserves the right to refuse sale, at any time, before payment is made.
